Daniel Henney was born to a Korean adoptee mother and an American father of Irish descent.

He started modeling in the U.S. in 2001 and worked in France, Italy, Hong Kong and Taiwan while attending college. Henney is signed with DNA Models in New York under the celebrity-division.

In 2009, he had his Hollywood debut when he got the role for Agent Zero in the movie “X-Men Origins: Wolverine.”

His other films are “Seducing Mr. Perfect,” “My Father,” “The Expendables,” and “Shanghai Calling.”

In 2005, and 2008 he won a ‘Best New Actor’ award from MBC Drama Awards and Grand Bell Awards, respectively.
